As a results-driven Used Car Sales Professional, you will play a key role in promoting and selling pre-owned vehicles to customers. Your exceptional service skills and ability to understand customer needs will ensure a seamless buying experience.

About the Job:

  • You will be responsible for greeting and engaging customers to understand their vehicle requirements.
  • Presentation and demonstration of vehicle features, specifications, and benefits to potential buyers.
  • Provide information about pricing, financing options, and promotions.
  • Assist customers in selecting vehicles that best meet their needs.
  • Address customer questions, resolve concerns, and build long-term relationships.

Sales Performance:

  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively answer customer queries.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Follow up on all sales opportunities generated through various channels.

Industry Expertise:

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, vehicle models, and competitor offerings.
  • Expand your knowledge of the dealership's inventory and promotions.

Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with sales managers, finance teams, and other departments to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and sales events as required.

Qualifications:

  • Previous sales experience, preferably in automotive sales or a customer-facing role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for cars and knowledge of automotive products.
  • Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good negotiation and closing skills.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
