Procurement Expert

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Expert to analyze procurement data, identify cost-saving opportunities, and improve sourcing strategies.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze procurement data to optimize procurement processes and minimize costs.
  • Develop and maintain procurement reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
  • Evaluate supplier bids, contracts, and proposals to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Collaborate with project managers and estimators to align procurement plans with construction schedules.
  • Draft and issue purchase orders, service agreements, and other procurement-related documents.
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to assess supplier capabilities and pricing trends.
  • Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to delivery, quality, or compliance.
Requirements:
  • Third-level qualification in Business or Supply Chain Management.
  • Proficient in MS Office with advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and knowledge of building materials is desirable but not essential.
  • Knowledge of ERP Systems is advantageous.
