Product Management and Marketing Expert

Seeking an experienced product management and marketing professional to own the end-to-end evolution and commercial success of our learning portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in product management and/or e-learning product roles, as well as 5+ years in product marketing or equivalent GTM ownership. They will be responsible for defining and maintaining product roadmaps, managing dependencies, scope, risks, and transparent stakeholder communications.

A strong instructional design literacy and analytical mindset are essential for this role. The ability to craft compelling positioning/messaging for Diplomas, CPD bundles, Certificates, and Membership is also required. Additionally, the candidate should have experience with Agile delivery, stakeholder and partner/vendor leadership, and cloud delivery platforms such as HubSpot and Google Analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Owning the end-to-end evolution and commercial success of our learning portfolio
  • Defining and maintaining product roadmaps
  • Managing dependencies, scope, risks, and transparent stakeholder communications
  • Crafting compelling positioning/messaging for Diplomas, CPD bundles, Certificates, and Membership
  • Leading launches and integrated campaigns for major programs
  • Enablingment, Insights Analytics: building battlecards, competitive comparisons, value calculators, and objection handling for Sales/CS
  • Delivery, Quality Platform Readiness: leading vendor/partner management, overseeing UAT, WCAG accessibility, platform integrations, and deployment readiness on Brightspace and Hivebrite
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in product management and/or e-learning product roles
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing or equivalent GTM ownership
  • Strong instructional design literacy and analytical mindset
  • Experience with Agile delivery, stakeholder and partner/vendor leadership, and cloud delivery platforms such as HubSpot and Google Analytics
  • Proven track record of launching complex products to B2C and B2B/enterprise audiences and growing conversion/engagement
