Job Title: Bim Technician

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Building Information Modeller to create and manage accurate 3D models for commercial and residential projects.

The successful candidate will work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to develop detailed models that meet project requirements and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage 3D models for commercial and residential projects using Bim software such as Revit or Navisworks.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure models are integrated and compliant with project specifications.
  • Assist in resolving design conflicts and support the team in delivering projects on time.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience working as a Bim Technician, specifically on commercial and residential projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
  • Familiarity with Ireland's building regulations and standards is a plus.
