Senior BIM Coordinator Position

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team on complex construction projects as a Senior BIM Coordinator.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining 3D models and 2D drawings using BIM software, collaborating with project managers, engineers, and supervisors to support project goals, leading and facilitating weekly model coordination meetings, detecting and reporting model clashes using BIM coordination tools, overseeing incoming and shared models, ensuring accuracy and compatibility, generating visual content such as renders and technical drawings for reporting purposes, coordinating mechanical and electrical systems within the BIM environment, and delivering as-built documentation and asset information models.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years' experience in BIM coordination with Revit and Navisworks
  • Strong background in mechanical or electrical services coordination
  • Proficient in BIM software tools and Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proven track record of resolving coordination issues efficiently
  • Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
  • Knowledge of producing COBie and Asset Information Models
  • Experience producing AutoCAD schematics and 3D visual content
