A leading consultancy is seeking a skilled Revit technician to join its Dublin office. This is an exciting opportunity to work on technically challenging projects while contributing to the delivery of coordinated building information models across mechanical, electrical, architectural, and structural disciplines.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop detailed Revit models for mechanical, electrical, and structural systems.
- Coordinate building services models with architectural and civil designs.
- Interpret and incorporate mechanical schematics, P&IDs, and technical symbols.
- Source and integrate manufacturer BIM models into internal libraries.
- Ensure compliance with BIM execution plans and project quality standards.
- Degree in Engineering, Building Services, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Revit/BIM technician (Revit MEP essential).
- Advanced knowledge of Revit and BIM principles.
- Experience modelling piping, ducting, and electrical systems.
