We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Coordinator to join our design and engineering team on complex construction projects. Working closely with internal teams and project stakeholders to ensure coordinated, efficient, and high-quality BIM delivery throughout project lifecycles.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain 3D models and 2D drawings using advanced BIM software.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and supervisors to support project goals and objectives.
  • Lead and facilitate weekly model coordination meetings to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Detect and report model clashes using industry-leading BIM coordination tools.
  • Oversee incoming and shared models, ensuring accuracy and compatibility through rigorous quality control processes.
  • Generate visual content such as renders and technical drawings for reporting purposes, providing valuable insights to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate mechanical and electrical systems within the BIM environment, ensuring compliance with relevant building codes and regulations.
  • Deliver as-built documentation and asset information models, supporting facilities management and maintenance operations.
  • Support both live and tender projects with BIM input, leveraging expertise in BIM software tools and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ensure compliance with company health, safety, and quality protocols, promoting a safe and healthy work environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years' experience in BIM coordination with Revit and Navisworks, with a strong background in mechanical or electrical services coordination.
  • Proficient in BIM software tools and Microsoft Office applications, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proven track record of resolving coordination issues efficiently, with ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Knowledge of producing COBie and Asset Information Models, with experience producing AutoCAD schematics and 3D visual content.
  • Familiarity with working from point cloud data is advantageous, with background in mechanical/electrical trades being a plus.
