BIM Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking an experienced BIM coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating BIM models across multiple projects to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage BIM models to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with design engineers, project managers, and site teams to integrate mechanical systems into coordinated BIM models.
  • Develop and maintain project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).
  • Perform clash detection and resolve design issues using software tools such as Navisworks or Revit.
  • Support the implementation of company standards and protocols.
  • Produce detailed 2D drawings and schedules extracted from the BIM model as required.
  • Liaise with external consultants, subcontractors, and clients to ensure BIM requirements are met.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of BIM processes and software tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of building information modeling and management principles.
  • Proficiency in software tools such as Navisworks or Revit.
