Job Summary

Drive operational excellence and coaching within teams to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall performance. This full-time role involves supporting team leaders and managers to understand their operations better using various Operational Excellence and Coaching tools and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scope, plan, and implement continuous improvement projects across business areas.
  • Coach teams on the tools and behaviors required for improvement.
  • Provide technical support in Operational Excellence tools and techniques.
  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and problem-solving exercises.
  • Identify, track, and deliver benefits such as cost savings, capacity release, revenue generation, employee engagement, and skills uplift.
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of Lean, Agile, and Service design methodologies (LSS BB preferred).
  • Experience in coaching, working with diverse stakeholders, and facilitating workshops.
  • Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills.
  • A proven ability to act with integrity, confidentiality, and discretion.
  • Critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills demonstrated in a matrix environment.
  • Agile methodology experience and ability to use Lean and Six Sigma tools.
