We are seeking an accomplished Senior Claims and Billing Professional to spearhead a large team within our organization. This individual will be responsible for driving transformation across the complex, high-value billing and claims function.

About the Role
  • Provide strategic direction and leadership across billing, patient accounts, claims, and contracts functions.
  • Oversee the end-to-end claims and billing lifecycle, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial transactions.
  • Implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce claim denials.
  • Develop and maintain key relationships with stakeholders including insurers, consultants, and internal teams.
  • Lead and mentor a large team, fostering high performance and professional development.
  • Deliver insights and recommendations to senior leaders, supporting wider financial and commercial objectives.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • At least 5 years' experience in a senior claims, billing, or revenue cycle leadership role within a complex organization.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering process improvements, system optimization, and operational transformation.
  • Strong financial acumen, analytical skills, and advanced Excel capability.
  • Exceptional people leadership skills with experience managing large teams.
  • Commercially minded, with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Highly motivated, hands-on, and able to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
