Reliability Specialist

Fantastic role available for a reliability professional.

The specialist will improve asset management and reliability through technical support of the maintenance function and optimization of the site maintenance process. The specialist is the primary owner of the asset maintenance strategy.

Maintains the Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) program, including vibration, thermography, and other predictive analyses, supporting the interpretation of the results.

Analyses equipment history within the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to ensure effectiveness of all maintenance efforts, reducing regulatory concerns.

Reduces and improves maintenance work by benchmarking other sites and industries for new emerging technologies and techniques.

Implements digital solutions and SMART maintenance practices.

Coaches the planner and scheduler to ensure that the Predictive Maintenance/Preventive Maintenance services meet key metrics such as schedule adherence, costs, resource utilization, and others.

Complies with current quality and environmental health and safety management system requirements relevant to supporting operations.

Runs and supports maintenance projects targeting improvements regarding Bills of Materials (BOMs).

Requirements
  • Engineering degree qualification preferably in mechanical or electrical field.
  • +5 years of professional experience.
  • Desirable +3 years of experience working in a similar role in an industrial environment or within a specialized consultancy.
Skills
  • Ability to analyze and identify trends and patterns.
  • Highly desirable CMMS knowledge.
  • Analytics experience with maintenance data can be an advantage.
  • Ability to build and foster relationships with project stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated capability to communicate effectively across multiple teams.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
