Key Responsibilities:- Technical Support: Enhance asset management and reliability by providing technical assistance to the maintenance function and optimizing the site maintenance process.
- Engineering Solutions: Develop engineering solutions to prevent repetitive failures and costly equipment problems.
- Maintenance Program: Maintain the condition-based maintenance (CBM) program such as vibration, thermography, and other predictive analyses, supporting the interpretation of results.
- Equipment Analysis: Analyze equipment history within the CMMS to ensure effectiveness of all maintenance efforts, reducing regulatory concerns, both cGxP and EHS.
- Maintenance Efficiency: Reduce and improve maintenance work, ensuring efficient and reliable operation of plant, process, and equipment while protecting and prolonging the economic life of plant assets at optimal cost.
- Industry Benchmarking: Benchmark other sites and industries for new emerging technologies and techniques, implementing digital solutions and SMART maintenance.
- Team Coaching: Coach the planner and scheduler to ensure PM/PdM services meet key metrics such as schedule adherence, costs, resource utilization, and others.
- Compliance: Comply with current Quality and EHS Management System requirements as relevant to supporting operations.
Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably mechanical or electrical, +5 years of professional experience, and desirable +3 years of experience working in a similar role in an industrial environment or within a specialized consultancy. Key skills include:
