Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Development Officer to join our team in Ireland. This is a challenging role that requires strong project management skills and experience in construction delivery.

The successful candidate will have a degree in construction or a related field, with 3-5 years of experience in project delivery. They will also have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as a full driving licence and flexibility to travel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent the client on construction projects
  • Liaise with design teams, contractors, local authorities and funders
  • Ensure compliance with planning, building regulations, and funding requirements
  • Monitor budgets, timelines, and project quality
