As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be responsible for prospecting and qualifying new customers and channel partners for Rippling.

We're seeking talented SDRs/BDRs who can thrive in a competitive team-based environment and have previous experience in Sales Development or Business Development.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Becoming a product expert across our entire platform and understanding our competitor landscape.
  • Outbounding with strategic and thoughtful messaging to upmarket prospects.
