Job Title: Production Supervisor

Location: Dublin, Ireland

The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven track record of successfully managing production teams in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include ensuring Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Compliance, Upholding Company Values and Standards, Managing Workload, Developing Production Plans, Identifying Process Optimisation Opportunities, Coordinating Training and Development, Resolving Issues and Managing Resources.

A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Engineering or Business is preferred, as well as experience in the biopharmaceutical/medical device/food industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all team members consistently follow company EHS policies and procedures to maintain a safe and environmentally responsible workplace.
  • Promote and embody the organisation's core values, ethics, and standards of conduct, fostering a culture of integrity and accountability.
  • Oversee daily production processes, ensuring alignment with customer delivery schedules and overall production targets.
  • Collaborate with the Cleanroom Supervisor to meet production goals by providing direction and timely support.
  • Assign daily tasks to team members, optimising labour and resources to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and maintain production schedules in line with business objectives and resource availability.
  • Identify, propose, and implement improvements to enhance output, quality, and overall production efficiency.
  • Coordinate with Human Resources to organise training programs that support employee development and continuous improvement.
  • Investigate production-related issues promptly and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
  • Assess and manage requirements for materials, labour, and equipment to ensure smooth operations.
  • Work closely with the Quality Team to ensure all products meet internal standards and customer expectations.
