Are you seeking a new challenge in medical customer services? We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Medical Customer Services Administrator.

About the Role:
  • Answering phones in a busy environment is crucial for providing exceptional customer service.
  • Recording vital information onto the database accurately and efficiently.
  • Liaising with internal & external services to resolve any issues promptly.

This is a contract role requiring excellent MS Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. In-house training will be provided to ensure your success.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of a Leaving Certificate Examination or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent keyboard skills with the ability to type quickly and accurately.

The ideal candidate must be available immediately or at one week's notice. On-site parking is available for your convenience.

This is a full-time role involving evening shifts and weekend shifts. A medical certificate is an advantage but not necessary.
