Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Customer Services Administrator to provide exceptional customer service to clients in a fast-paced environment.

This is a full-time contract role involving night duty shifts. If you have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well under pressure, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.

You will be responsible for providing medical customer services via phone and other communication channels, recording vital information onto the database with accuracy and attention to detail, and liaising with internal and external services to resolve client queries.
