Capital Projects Manager: A Key Role in Driving Business Growth

Job Description:

The successful candidate will lead the full life cycle of projects, from planning to delivery, ensuring timely and budget-friendly completion. The individual will work closely with architects, engineers, planners, and contractors to manage internal and external teams effectively.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in project management within the construction or industrial/manufacturing sector.
  • Degree-qualified in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • Proven ability to manage complex construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Strong knowledge of current building regulations, planning rules, and certification standards.
