Senior Project Manager

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing fit-out projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to specification. This includes managing the entire process from planning and design through to completion and commissioning.

The role involves managing multidisciplinary teams across multiple fit-out projects, with a strong focus on schedule, cost, variations, contract, and risk. You will develop the Project Execution Plan to align with the Contracting Entity's standards and manage the relationship with stakeholders to ensure fit-out projects meet required standards.

You will lead a team of Project Managers responsible for fit-out projects, ensuring the implementation of appropriate project management techniques. You will also develop and maintain a detailed resourcing plan for fit-out projects and provide technical and contractual support to Project Managers handling fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee fit-out projects from planning and design to completion and commissioning
  • Manage multidisciplinary teams across multiple fit-out projects
  • Develop the Project Execution Plan to align with Contracting Entity's standards
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders to ensure fit-out projects meet required standards
  • Lead a team of Project Managers responsible for fit-out projects

Requirements:

  • Minimum 15 years in the Construction/Infrastructure sector, including fit-out projects in aviation
  • Experience operating on live airport sites and documenting best practices for fit-out projects
  • Track record of delivering fit-out projects on time and within budget
  • Experience dealing with stakeholders and improving processes for fit-out project delivery
