Junior Chef Role

We are seeking a skilled Junior Chef to join our kitchen team in South County Dublin. As a key member of the brigade, you will be working across all sections of the kitchen and will be hands-on with premium Irish meats, fresh seafood, and seasonal produce.

This is a fast-paced environment where pace meets precision – ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic setting and takes pride in every plate that leaves the pass.

The Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing and plating dishes to a high standard using fresh, quality ingredients
  • Supporting junior chefs and collaborating with the wider team
  • Contributing to menu development and seasonal specials
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and food safety
  • Working closely with the Head and Sous Chefs to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 3+ years' experience in a busy kitchen, ideally in a similar role
  • Strong skills across all sections (grill, sauce, larder, etc.)
  • Genuine passion for fresh, seasonal food and quality products
  • Calm, focused approach under pressure
  • A team-first attitude – someone who supports others and communicates well
