Job Description:

Our organization is seeking a Regional Maintenance Manager to oversee the planning and delivery of maintenance programs for housing stock in the Leinster Region. This role will be responsible for ensuring safe homes for tenants and a safe working environment for staff and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Comply with statutory standards and regulations to guarantee tenant safety.
  • Track and report on remedial works following local authority inspections to ensure properties meet required standards.
  • Assist the Regional Asset Manager in delivering annual component replacement and deep retrofit programs.
  • Supervise and report monthly to the Regional Asset Manager on asset management budget performance.
  • Ensure procurement of services and materials aligns with organizational policies.
Requirements:
  • NFQ Level 7 qualification in property, engineering, or construction discipline, or NFQ Level 6 qualification in electrical, construction, or engineering-based trade.
  • Minimum three years' experience in similar asset management, facilities management, or maintenance role.
  • Three years' experience leading a team in an asset management or maintenance context with strong interpersonal skills.

This full-time, permanent position reports to the Regional Asset Manager and is based in our Blanchardstown office, with travel across the Leinster region expected.
