A Key Leadership Role in Maintaining Cleanliness and Hygiene Across Facilities
Job Description
This leadership position plays a vital role in overseeing cleanliness and hygiene practices throughout the entire facility. Ensuring that all processes related to sanitation, cleaning, and maintenance are conducted efficiently and effectively is a primary responsibility of this job. The goal is to maintain product safety, adhere to regulatory requirements, promote operational efficiency, and uphold health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant health and safety training, promote a clean workspace environment, and maintain compliance with GMP regulations.
- Hygiene and Quality Control: Lead best practices in hygiene that meet company policies, customer expectations, and external regulations; minimize downtime by coordinating activities with production schedules; champion waste recycling and separation for collection purposes; execute scheduled tasks and provide regular updates.
- People Management and Training: Oversee the line team to achieve quality targets while maintaining high standards; address people-related issues, such as attendance and performance concerns; motivate and guide team members to achieve their goals.
- Communication and Collaboration: Maintain open communication with teams and departments required to ensure operational priorities are met; provide clear instructions and guidance to team members; report any variances or issues to the Assistant Manager.
- Role Specifications and Technical Competencies: Strong leadership and team motivation skills; knowledge of health and safety principles; effective problem-solving skills under pressure; ability to communicate across departments and maintain attention to detail.
