We are seeking a seasoned Construction Manager to oversee the completion of a large-scale residential project in Dublin. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in leading construction teams and ensuring seamless project execution.
About the RoleThe Construction Manager will be responsible for coordinating site labour and materials, managing daily site diaries, and maintaining accurate records according to company policy.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to take on a challenging role, providing key contact for purchasers and overseeing snagging crews to complete snag lists effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Liaise with the design team and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Coordinate site labour and materials, complete daily site diaries, and weekly documentation according to company policy.
- Provide key contact for purchasers and coordinate snagging crews to complete snag lists effectively.
- Degree/H Dip in Construction Management or equivalent trade qualification.
- Significant experience in a similar position.
- Excellent knowledge of trades, particularly carpentry.
- Background in residential construction.
- Up-to-date knowledge of latest building regulation and certification standards.
