Site Manager

Job Description:

As a highly experienced Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of residential construction projects. You will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning to completion, ensuring that all aspects meet our high standards.

You will work closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standard.

Previous experience in site management, particularly on large-scale residential projects, is essential. A strong understanding of construction processes, health and safety protocols, and quality control measures is also required.

Our ideal candidate will have a degree in engineering or a related field and a proven track record of success in similar roles. Excellent communication and organizational skills are a must.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Engineering or Construction-related discipline
  • 5+ years' experience in site management, preferably on large-scale residential projects
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standard
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, health and safety protocols, and quality control measures
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary, ranging from €75k to €95k per annum, depending on experience. This package includes a negotiable bonus structure based on performance.
