Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment as a project manager.

  • Ensure client satisfaction by acting as the main contact for all matters regarding laboratory services.
  • Manage studies according to Good Clinical Practice, provide regular updates, and communicate study progress to clients and leadership.
  • Represent project management at internal meetings and collaborate with other teams within the organization.
  • Help train junior colleagues, act as an advisory role for those less experienced, and contribute to enhancing team tools and practices.
  • Serve as the tactical site supervisor for project managers in the absence of a team lead for work-related tasks.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Science, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in a clinical laboratory, clinical trials, or customer management/account management role in a life sciences organization.
  • Minimum 1 year of Project Management experience in a service area serving clinical trials.
  • Working familiarity with Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Excellent English Oral and Written Communications.
  • Ability to Multi-Task.
  • Ability to remain composed and professional under stress, performing effectively with shifting priorities and workload.
