SOLAS Health & Fitness Ltd. is a leading provider of fitness services in Carrigaline, County Cork, Ireland.

In this part-time on-site role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our team to design and implement personalized strength and conditioning programs for 1-1 clients.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Creating customized fitness programs tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of each client
  2. Collaborating with colleagues to develop engaging and challenging program content for small group classes
  3. Providing expert coaching and guidance on exercise techniques to ensure that clients can execute exercises safely and effectively
  4. Regularly monitoring client progress and making adjustments as needed to optimize results
Essential Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess a genuine passion for working in the health & fitness industry, along with relevant experience in designing and implementing personalized fitness programs.

A certification in strength and conditioning, personal training, or related field is highly valued, as is previous experience working with athletes or clients with diverse fitness goals.

A Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field is also highly desirable.
