We are seeking an Architectural Technologist to join our team in Tralee. This role involves coordinating with architects, designers, and engineers to design architecture for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and advise on environmental, legal, and regulatory issues.
  • Contribute to planning applications and regulatory procedures.
  • Identify necessary surveys before work begins and ensure their completion and integration into the project.
  • Develop and update project briefs throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare and present design proposals using computer-aided design (CAD).
  • Conduct design-stage risk assessments.
  • Administer contracts and oversee project certification.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Relevant technical qualification.
- Ability to produce high-quality technical drawings.
- Proficiency in Archicad is essential.
- Knowledge of Sketchup and Photoshop is desirable.
- Hand-drawing/sketching skills are advantageous.
