Senior Compliance Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Compliance Manager to join our dynamic financial planning firm. This is a new, full-time permanent opportunity based in Co. Down.

The Role:

This position plays a key role in ensuring that our compliance / consumer duty obligations to clients are consistently met through the development and maintenance of robust processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Regularly liaising with external compliance consultants
  • Ensuring efficient client focused work through adoption of key technologies
  • Building and maintaining audit processes to ensure best practice at all stages of our advice process
  • Oversight of Management Information data and fulfilment of ongoing FCA Reporting requirements

The Ideal Candidate:

The successful Senior Compliance Manager will possess a proven background within financial planning or wealth management, ideally holding a Level 4 Diploma qualification. They must have excellent communication skills and be 'obsessed' with standard of work and always be compliance-forward.
