Job Title: Global Bank Administration Analyst

This role will be responsible for several areas within the bank administration team, including opening and closing operating, custody and virtual accounts, managing signatories on accounts, setting up and amending services on accounts (e.g. MT101, Swift reporting), dealing with ad-hoc requests from various business units.

  • This involves ensuring compliance by the business units with Global Bank Account policies and procedures.
  • The team's key stakeholders are business units and banking partners.
  • A key aspect of the role is assisting and taking ownership of banking related aspects in support of strategic initiatives.
  • As a member of the bank administration team, take responsibility for the management and maintenance of Core data stored on the Treasury Management System.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of account information and transactions.
  • Process payments and settlements in accordance with established procedures.
  • Perform audits and reviews to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with other teams to achieve operational objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in corporate or financial institution treasury/cash management/bank administration environment.
  • Strong knowledge of bank administration documents, including constitutive documents and trade register.
  • Familiarity with payments and reporting systems, including Swift messaging types and formats.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
