Process Engineering Manager
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Process Engineering Manager to lead our process engineering team. As a key member of the manufacturing operations team, you will be responsible for strategic oversight and leadership direction of Process Engineering.
Your primary goal will be to establish a best-in-class process engineering team that can meet manufacturing goals within the quality system. You will manage and supervise resources in process development, product transfer, and process improvement to enhance product quality, decrease cost, and improve manufacturing efficiencies in the Kitting process.
You will work closely with the manufacturing managers to ensure that manufacturing processes meet production targets against lowest cost, according to planning and quality requirements. You will also resolve escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.
Key Responsibilities:
