Job Title: Manufacturing Software Systems Analyst

This role plays a key part in our global manufacturing software system team. You will be required to plan, analyze, implement and maintain efficient and sustainable IT and business system solutions to support manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide manufacturing execution systems administration, deployment and maintenance for development, test and production environments including both application tier and database tier across global manufacturing sites.
  • Partner with the MES Camstar / Siemens Opcenter support team to provide manufacturing execution systems administration, deployment and maintenance for development, test and production environments including both application tier and database tier across global manufacturing sites.
  • Modify or build new configurations/workflows in the MES solution to support continuous improvement to manufacturing processes.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in a technical discipline and a minimum of 5-8 years related experience or master's degree and 2-5 years equivalent industry experience or a PhD and 0-2 years experience.
  • Knowledgeable about manufacturing and MOM solutions, including automated data collection, visualization, quality and efficiency.
  • Familiar with SDLC and validation & verification procedures (URS, FDS, TDS, FUT, SIT, etc).
  • Excellent team-oriented communication and organizational skills.
