Job Description

Develop and Maintain Global Manufacturing Systems

This role involves developing, deploying, and maintaining manufacturing execution systems (MES) to support global manufacturing operations. MES is a critical component of our digital strategy, and this position plays a key role in ensuring its success.

The successful candidate will have experience with MES Camstar / Siemens Opcenter and Mendix, and will be responsible for administering, deploying, and maintaining these systems across global manufacturing sites. This includes managing application tier and database tier configurations, as well as modifying or building new workflows to support continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.

Key responsibilities include creating/reviewing test plans and scripts, conducting testing to ensure functional and technical specifications are met, assisting with UI design and development, integration definition to support interface requirements, participating in troubleshooting, investigations, and root cause analysis, and creating/maintaining presentations to communicate complex technical concepts and status.

Requirements
  • Experience with MES Camstar / Siemens Opcenter and Mendix
  • Strong time management skills, including ability to prioritize tasks, manage expectations, meet deadlines, and thrive in a dynamic work environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to create/maintain presentations to communicate complex technical concepts
