**Job Opportunity:** Enterprise Sales Manager EMEA

By embedding community features within an app, brands can foster deeper interactions, increase user retention, and unlock new monetization opportunities.

 

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to closing across key EMEA markets.
  • Build and grow a pipeline of enterprise customers through your existing network, outbound outreach, and strategic partnerships.
  • Deliver and exceed on annual revenue targets.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success to support your pipeline and customers.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, events, and client meetings across EMEA and globally.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and pipeline visibility.

 

**Ideal Profile:**

  • 5+ years of enterprise sales experience, with a proven track record of winning new business and exceeding targets.
  • A true hunter mindset – self-motivated, resourceful, and proactive in identifying and closing new opportunities.
  • Existing relationships and a strong network with enterprise buyers in EMEA.
  • Experience selling complex B2B SaaS, tech, or enterprise solutions (six-figure+ deal sizes).
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills across all levels of an organization.
  • Comfort working in a fully remote environment with international colleagues.
  • Business fluency in the English language is a must, any additional European language is a plus.
  • Willingness and ability to travel across EMEA and occasionally globally (30–50%).
