Talent Management Specialist

The talent development team works collaboratively to support strategic objectives by designing, implementing, and enhancing talent and learning practices that foster employee performance, growth, and engagement.

We are seeking a Strategic Program Lead to oversee the execution of key talent initiatives and collaborate with the talent development team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Strategy: Develop and implement effective talent strategies and initiatives, including performance management, talent reviews, goal-setting, promotion processes, and more.

  • Process Enhancement: Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions to optimize operational workflow, tools, and platforms across the talent function.

  • Platform Management: Partner with talent development team members and vendors to manage and maintain talent platforms.

  • Data-Driven Insights: Utilize talent data to create actionable insights and inform decision-making.

  • Compliance and Documentation: Ensure accurate procedure documentation and maintain compliance with relevant organizational policies.

  • Change Management: Support communication, training, and adoption of new processes, tools, and programs across the organization.

  • Perform other responsibilities as necessary to support the organization's talent practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.

  • 8+ years of experience supporting talent programs for a global enterprise, covering performance management, promotion processes, goal-setting, talent reviews, etc.

  • Strong knowledge of talent systems and project management principles.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data to drive decisions.

  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience in the financial services industry preferred.

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills - Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Budget management experience.

This role can be based in Dublin, London, or Krakow office locations and will be a hybrid role, with a minimum of 3 days per week in office.
