Job Opportunity

The role of a senior assurance consultant involves providing strategic advice to business leaders on talent matters.

  • Provide trusted advice to senior business leaders on workforce planning, retention, and business changes.
  • Interpret business strategy and influence business decisions to ensure alignment with talent priorities.
  • Champion the successful execution of strategic priorities and lead global teams to achieve desired outcomes.

The ideal candidate will possess strong relationship management skills, consulting expertise, and project/change management abilities. They will also have excellent communication skills, be able to convey complex issues succinctly and clearly, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

A higher qualification in a related discipline is preferred but not required.
