About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement priority programs aligned with organizational objectives

  • Partner with other teams to support program execution and capability-building initiatives
  • Coach and mentor team members to foster growth, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Essential Requirements:

  • Extensive experience managing full project lifecycles, from planning to execution
  • 7+ years in industries such as pharmaceuticals, life sciences, or healthcare with consulting or program management background
  • Proven ability to lead consulting teams and engage diverse stakeholders across matrixed organizations
  • Strong track record applying consulting tools and AI/GenAI solutions to solve complex business challenges
  • Demonstrated success in delivering global programs within commercial or pharma settings
  • Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, business administration, or economics

Desirable Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a business-related field and relevant certifications (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, Agile, Change Management)
  • Experience with facilitation, coaching, design thinking, enterprise communications, or product/project management methodologies
