
Property Conveyancer

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Legal Executive to join our client's growing team. Reporting directly to a Partner, you will work with top corporate clients and have the chance to develop your skills further.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience as a legal executive with strong knowledge of property and conveyancing law. They will also be able to work well in a team environment and liaise effectively with clients, agents, and banks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing sales files from start to finish of the sales process
- Working in a team environment and liaising throughout with clients, agents, and banks
- Preparing booklets of title and ancillary documents for the sale
- Drafting contracts and issuing to purchasers' solicitors
- Addressing queries from purchasers' solicitors
- Preparing Replies to Requisitions on title
- Arranging completions and carrying out closings
- Maintaining trackers of progress on sales
- Preparing necessary documents for registration in the Registry of Deeds and Land Registry
- Dealing with any post-completion matters such as outstanding undertakings or queries
- Updating spread sheets,
- Other administrative tasks and ad hoc projects as requested.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years relevant experience in the area of property, working as a legal executive
- Experience with new build conveyancing a plus
- Experience dealing with high volume residential deals would be a PLUS
- Experience dealing directly with clients
