About this Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Order Processing professional to join our team. As a key point of contact for B2B customers, you will be responsible for ensuring that orders are processed accurately and on time.

This role involves strong administrative focus, with attention to detail being essential. You will mainly handle order processing and related tasks, with occasional calls and emails from customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders in a timely and accurate manner
  • Communicate effectively with customers via phone and email
  • Work closely with other departments to resolve any issues that may arise

Requirements

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has strong communication skills in German and English
  • Genuinely enjoys helping others
  • Brings a can-do attitude, is resourceful, and eager to learn
