Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our programme delivery, manage key client relationships, and scope new opportunities.

Main Responsibilities

  • To identify business expansion opportunities and develop innovative solutions with our clients.
  • Collaborate closely with our Business Development team to support growth initiatives.
  • Play a key role in client meetings, proposals, and presentations showcasing our capabilities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market demands to drive business growth.
  • Develop strong client relationships by understanding their requirements and delivering clear value propositions.
  • Manage client expectations and coordinate resources for successful programme delivery.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and ensure timely delivery of projects within budget and quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate project plans, monitor risks, and implement effective methodologies.
  • Foster a learning culture among team members through mentorship, coaching, and training opportunities.

Requirements

  • Degree in business, project management, or data & analytics.
  • Extensive consulting experience, preferably in people management.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally across multiple projects.
  • Data migration and analysis experience.
