Job Title

Senior Programme and Communications Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Programme and Communications Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Digital Repository of Ireland, working closely with the Director to support efficient strategic planning, a well-functioning team, and timely achievement of deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project manage DRI's core programme of work, including programme planning, managing budgets, strategic planning, project delivery, and reporting.
  • Deliver DRI's communications strategy, editorial, and strategic management of DRI's communications channels, and identification and development of DRI's audiences.
  • Work closely with the DRI Director in the day-to-day operations of the DRI to support efficient strategic planning, a well-functioning team, and timely achievement of deliverables.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in programme management, budget administration, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
