Senior Manager, Strategic Partnerships
A highly accomplished Senior Manager is required to lead the growth and optimization of our Destination Marketing Organization (DMO) team. This role will focus on delivering campaigns for DMOs and Tourism Boards worldwide.
The successful candidate will be responsible for stakeholder management, clear communication, and teamwork to drive business growth for both partners and Agoda.
This position requires a seasoned account manager with strong analytical skills, commercial acumen, and a proven track record of success in similar roles.

- Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and commercial initiatives.
- Develop and execute account strategies to optimize performance and maximize ROI.
- Maintain excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration and open communication.

About this Role
Key Responsibilities- Account Ownership & Optimization: End-to-end commercial ownership, contributing to and executing the account strategy, handling commercial and operational inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
- Strategic Program Management: Managing implementation and rollout of key partner initiatives, coordinating with main internal stakeholders across Marketing, Product, Legal, Tax, Finance, and other departments to prioritize, deliver, and communicate all operational aspects.
- Performance Reporting: Monitoring campaign performance and preparing internal and external reports, including presentations and updates on business performance.
- Optimization & Innovation: Understanding technical and operational requirements from partner and internal teams to develop new solutions, tailor initiatives, and maximize ROI.
- Excellent Transverse Communication: Communicating effectively within the organization from working levels to executive groups, covering project status, updates, roadblocks, technical limitations, milestones, and other reports.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in account management, project management, or sales operations.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and commercial initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills, commercial acumen, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
