**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Growth Manager to lead the trading relationship of key customer accounts in Ireland, driving revenue and profit growth.

  • Develop and execute customer strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets.
  • Build senior-level partnerships with key stakeholders.
  • Lead commercial execution from pricing and promotions to new product development and budgeting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and lead customer strategy, delivering against revenue and profit targets.
  • Build senior level partnerships which influence across external and internal stakeholders.
  • Deliver brilliant end-to-end commercial execution from pricing, promotions to NPD and budgeting which supports internal processes like forecasting.
  • Full Customer P&L ownership.
  • Leadership, coaching and development of two direct reports within the commercial team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of 5 years or more in senior account management roles ideally within the FMCG /CPG sector.
  • Established strong working relationships with Tesco, Dunnes & Musgraves in Ireland.
  • Strong commercial instincts with a passion for building sustainable growth plans.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication and relationship building skills.
  • Analytical mindset combined with financial acumen and the ability to draw value-add insights from several data sources.
  • Situational leadership underpinned with the ability and confidence to make critical and agile decisions.
  • Deep knowledge of the Irish grocery channel is a prerequisite, while some multi-channel experience is desirable.
  • Well established knowledge of brand building and category management in how they help support customer and partner growth plans.
  • A strategic thinker with a 'Can Do' attitude alongside the drive and ambition to deliver new business.
