Job Description

As a Lead Customer Success Manager on the Strategic Accounts team, you will work with large corporate/enterprise-sized businesses to drive product adoption, remove roadblocks, and identify opportunities for growth.

  • Oversee the customer experience for 30-40 high-value accounts with retention and growth goals.
  • Build relationships at all levels of the customer organization and develop long-term partnerships.
  • Use strategic thinking and consultative problem-solving to help customers achieve measurable business outcomes and maximize ROI with HubSpot.
  • Partner with internal teams to develop success plans and align stakeholders on growth strategies.
  • Create Executive Business Reviews and deliver strategic consultations to support optimal adoption of the HubSpot platform.
  • Act as a customer advocate and focus on deep platform solutioning.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Key qualifications include:

  • Experience working with large organizations (200+ employees).
  • Proven track record of measurably impacting customer results through creative problem-solving and strategic consulting.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with ability to multithread across stakeholders.
  • Comfortability with navigating change and project management expertise.
