
Strategic Account Growth Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our account management team. As a member of this team, you will play a critical role in the expansion and retention of our customers by developing and maintaining strong relationships with them.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain strong partnerships with assigned accounts, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
- Develop a deep understanding of our current product offerings and stay up-to-date on our product roadmap to effectively communicate with customers.
- Collaborate closely with customer success managers to understand customer health, ensure strategic alignment, and execute effective communication with accounts.
- Work together to create account plans that identify new opportunities for growth with existing customers, increasing their usage of our platform through innovative solutions.
- Manage the sales cycle for any expansion or renewal opportunity from initial contact to close, negotiating when necessary and leveraging internal resources as needed (solutions consultants, subject matter experts, etc).
- Accurately forecast monthly growth and churn, and maintain a clean SFDC instance with meticulous pipeline hygiene.
- 3+ years of experience selling to and managing German-speaking customers in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment, preferably with security or compliance exposure.
- Fluent in both German and English, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Ability to work in our Dublin office 3 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday)
- Strong ability to prospect and build pipeline without assistance from business development representatives and/or inbound support.
- Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal, visual), both for internal audiences and customer-facing messaging.
- Highly motivated individual with a sense of urgency and willingness to adapt.
- Able to effectively collaborate with various departments, including customer success, marketing, enablement, and support.
- Previous experience in security and compliance is not required but highly desirable.
