Job Overview

A strategic leader with a passion for global communication is sought to drive international expansion. As Localization Manager, you will bridge product, marketing, and engineering teams, delivering localized experiences that resonate with diverse user bases across the globe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead localization best practices, fostering quality and efficiency in an ever-evolving industry.
  • Partner strategically with cross-functional teams to define and execute localization strategies aligning with international growth objectives.
  • Implement i18n best practices and optimize localization workflows, ensuring seamless content delivery.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency, utilizing data-driven insights.
  • Report on the execution of the localization program's roadmap and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate closely with release management to ensure timely delivery of localized content with product launches.
The Ideal Candidate Will Bring
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in localization project management, with expertise in translation management systems.
  • Strong understanding of localization workflows and industry best practices, including organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to utilize data to inform decision-making.
  • Fluency in English, with proficiency in at least one additional language, and exceptional cultural sensitivity.
