This role presents a unique chance to lead an organisation dedicated to supporting vulnerable homeless women.

The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of strategic objectives, manage a small team and work closely with stakeholders. They will be responsible for day-to-day operational oversight and contribute to key decision-making processes.

To excel in this position, the ideal candidate will have significant senior management experience within the community and voluntary sector, preferably in homelessness or addiction services. A relevant third-level qualification is essential, along with strong knowledge of governance best practices, social housing policy, and regulatory frameworks.

The CEO will also need to demonstrate exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, as well as empathy, integrity, and a commitment to the organisation's mission.

Key responsibilities include managing direct reports, overseeing the annual budget, and working with statutory funders, corporate partners, major donors, and the Board of Directors.

Additionally, the CEO will be expected to steer the organisation towards success by developing and implementing effective strategies, securing funding, and driving growth.

Working Conditions:

This role is based in Dublin 8, with hybrid working options available. However, due to the nature of the work, a certain amount of on-site work will be required.
