Leadership Opportunity in Homelessness Support
">This role presents a unique chance to lead an organisation dedicated to supporting vulnerable homeless women.
">The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of strategic objectives, manage a small team and work closely with stakeholders. They will be responsible for day-to-day operational oversight and contribute to key decision-making processes.
">To excel in this position, the ideal candidate will have significant senior management experience within the community and voluntary sector, preferably in homelessness or addiction services. A relevant third-level qualification is essential, along with strong knowledge of governance best practices, social housing policy, and regulatory frameworks.
">The CEO will also need to demonstrate exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, as well as empathy, integrity, and a commitment to the organisation's mission.
">Key responsibilities include managing direct reports, overseeing the annual budget, and working with statutory funders, corporate partners, major donors, and the Board of Directors.
">Additionally, the CEO will be expected to steer the organisation towards success by developing and implementing effective strategies, securing funding, and driving growth.

Working Conditions:
