Chief Executive Officer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to spearhead our mission of supporting vulnerable homeless women.

This is a senior leadership position that combines strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and day-to-day operational oversight.

The ideal candidate will bring significant senior management experience within the community and voluntary sector, preferably in homelessness or addiction services, alongside a relevant third-level qualification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead our team in delivering on our mission and strategic objectives
  • Manage five direct reports and oversee the organisation's annual budget
  • Work closely with statutory funders, corporate partners, major donors, and the Board

Requirements:

  • Significant senior management experience within the community and voluntary sector
  • Relevant third-level qualification
  • Strong knowledge of governance best practices, social housing policy, and regulatory frameworks
  • Proven capability in strategic planning, financial management, and securing funding
