Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Financial Transformation Expert to lead the end-to-end design, implementation and optimization of record-to-report processes across our global finance landscape.

This role is part of a major digital transformation program where your expertise will shape the future of finance operations.

  • Lead the design and implementation of S/4HANA R2R solutions
  • Act as subject matter expert across key finance areas including general ledger, fixed assets, controlling and group reporting
  • Collaborate with global process owners, IT and integration teams to ensure seamless data flow across finance and related functions
  • Oversee solution governance, configuration, testing and deployment in accordance with S/4HANA best practices
  • Drive change management, training and hypercare activities to ensure successful user adoption post go live

This requires extensive experience as an S/4HANA R2R expert with proven delivery of at least one full cycle S/4HANA implementation. You should have deep functional knowledge of S/4HANA finance including universal journal, central finance and group reporting.

You should also have strong understanding of end-to-end finance processes and how to translate them into effective SAP solutions, as well as exceptional stakeholder engagement and ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced transformation environment.
