Financial Services Transformation Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Consultant with Change Management and Organisational Design expertise to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in these methodologies, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping organisations navigate complex transformations.

Working on the most complex people-centred financial service issues, you will help shape the future of financial services. Our team, in partnership with clients, seeks to ensure the long-term sustainability and embedding of major organisational transformation programmes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting engagements across financial services clients in the delivery of change management, organisational design, engagement, business readiness, project management and practice development.
  • Delivering essential artefacts such as Change Management Plans, Stakeholder Analysis, Communication Strategies, Training Materials, Impact Assessments, Resistance Management Plans, Organisational Structure Diagrams, and Performance Metrics to successfully lead change management and organisational design initiatives.
  • Collaborating as part of client engagement teams with diverse skills and backgrounds.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in change management and/or organisational design, preferably in a client-facing role on large or complex transformation programmes in/for a financial services organisation.
  • Professional qualifications and relevant people advisory professional experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence clients and stakeholders to gain support for major changes and key decisions.
  • A pragmatic and resilient approach to solving issues, with a focus on achieving project/programme goals and objectives.
