Job Opportunity

Assist the senior management team in ensuring the seamless operation of the hotel during night shifts. This role offers a chance to develop essential skills and knowledge while working closely with experienced professionals.

Your Role:

You will be responsible for maintaining overall health and safety standards at night, including conducting regular checks and performing other relevant duties.

  • Support guest relations, address inquiries, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Maintain front office operations, including assisting with nightly reports and facilitating guest check-in and check-out processes.
  • Collaborate with Night Porters to oversee their tasks and ensure efficient completion.
  • Provide food and beverage service to guests during night hours.
  • Contribute to achieving operational goals through quality evaluations and adherence to hotel standards.

You will also contribute to the strategic operations of the hotel by providing insights and suggestions based on nightly observations and activities.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role or reception position.
  • Excellent knowledge of the hotel business.
  • Prior hospitality experience is required.
  • Good computer skills and knowledge of Opera software.
  • Familiarity with electronic front office systems.
  • Strong leadership and development skills.
  • Organisational skills and ability to delegate work effectively.
